Services
TCC is fully private pay at the moment and is working on accepting most major insurance plans through Headway, in the upcoming weeks. The prices aforementioned are out-of-pocket costs to clients.
Additionally, I believe in accessibility to mental health care, and so I have a limited number of reduced fee spots available on my caseload. Please reach out, and we can discuss payment options.
Clients are entitled to a Superbill (essentially a receipt of session costs) that they can submit to their insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement. If you are unsure if your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits such as these, please give the number on the back of your insurance card a call to verify.
To reach out, please click the Contact button below and will out the secure & confidential google form. Alternatively, you can also send me an email at info@thirdculturecounseling.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
If you would like to be put on a waitlist for when I begin to accept your insurance plan and carrier, please continue to the google form via the Contact button below. Please note your carrier name and plan in the form, once I am in-network I will reach out to you!

Every relationship develops patterns over time. Some bring us closer, while others leave us feeling misunderstood or disconnected. I aim to facilitate a space to better understand one another, communicate more openly, and work through challenges with curiosity rather than blame. I employ techniques from Gottman principles, Emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and other relational, interpersonal and family dynamics modalities.
Intake Session (60-minute): $195
Ongoing Sessions (53-minute): $220

I provide consultation for therapists and other professionals seeking another perspective on clinical work, specific cases (maintaining HIPPA standards), ethics, or professional development. These conversations are collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-world practice.

What are sessions like?
Every therapeutic relationship begins with what therapists call an “intake session.” This is where the client and the therapist can familiarize themselves with each other, ask questions about the therapy process, gauge areas of concern, and collate relevant life history that is pertinent to an effective therapeutic outcome.
My therapeutic style is not pushy or rigid; instead, I tend to prioritize the client’s capacity in a certain moment and encourage an open conversation about what clients are willing and able to discuss.
This, combined with yet a direct and technical therapeutic style, means that we will move at your pace. You are the driver of the bus; however, once we build trust and safety, I will begin to gently challenge you to encourage change where needed. Your goals are my goals!
