TCC is fully private pay at the moment and is working on accepting most major insurance plans by 2027. The prices aforementioned are out-of-pocket costs to clients.
Clients are entitled to a Superbill (essentially a receipt of session costs) that clients can submit to their insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement. If you are unsure if your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits such as these, please give the number on the back of your insurance card a call to verify.
Additionally, I believe in accessibility to mental health care, and so I have a limited number of reduced fee spots available on my caseload. Please reach out, and we can discuss payment options.

Therapy isn't about becoming someone else—it's about understanding yourself more fully. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, grief, or simply feeling stuck, our work together is about making sense of your experiences, understanding the patterns that keep showing up, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
Intake Session (60-minute): $190
Ongoing Sessions (50-minute): $175

Every relationship develops patterns over time. Some bring us closer, while others leave us feeling misunderstood or disconnected. I aim to facilitate a space to better understand one another, communicate more openly, and work through challenges with curiosity rather than blame. I employ techniques from Gottman principles, Emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and other relational and family dynamics modalities.
Intake Session (60-minute): $190
Ongoing Sessions (50-minute): $220

I provide consultation for therapists and other professionals seeking another perspective on clinical work, specific cases (maintaining HIPPA standards), ethics, or professional development. These conversations are collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-world practice.

What are sessions like?
Every therapeutic relationship begins with what therapists call an “intake session.” This is where the client and the therapist can familiarize themselves with each other, ask questions about the therapy process, gauge areas of concern, and collate relevant life history that is pertinent to an effective therapeutic outcome.
My therapeutic style is not pushy or rigid; instead, I tend to prioritize the client’s capacity in a certain moment and encourage an open conversation about what clients are willing and able to discuss.
This, combined with yet a direct and technical therapeutic style, means that we will move at your pace. You are the driver of the bus; however, once we build trust and safety, I will begin to gently challenge you to encourage change where needed. Your goals are my goals!
