Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Third Culture Counseling (“TCC”) merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider. Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, the following policies apply to purchases made through the TCC Shop.
Returns & Exchanges
Because TCC merchandise is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other ordering errors made by the customer.
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact TCC within 30 days of delivery at orders@thirdculturecounseling.com.
Please include:
Your name and order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
Eligible claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.
You generally do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless specifically instructed to do so.
Sizing
Sizing may vary between products and manufacturers. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide provided with the product before ordering.
Selecting an incorrect size does not qualify an item for a return, refund, or exchange unless the product received is materially different from the size ordered or there is a qualifying manufacturing defect.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are submitted for production shortly after they are placed. Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please contact TCC as soon as possible at orders@thirdculturecounseling.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
TCC merchandise is produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers. Production and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, production availability, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of TCC's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact TCC at orders@thirdculturecounseling.com with your order information so that we can review the shipment and determine what options may be available.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original method of payment when reasonably available. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable except when required by law or when the refund results from a qualifying fulfillment or manufacturing issue.
Third-Party Fulfillment
TCC uses third-party providers to manufacture, fulfill, and ship merchandise. While these providers assist TCC in fulfilling orders, your purchase is made through the TCC Shop and questions or concerns about your order should be directed to TCC rather than the manufacturer.
Please do not mail merchandise to Third Culture Counseling, Printify, a print provider, or any other address unless you have specifically received return instructions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
